# Hammad Manjra

Hammad Manjra is based in New York. He works in private markets product development and strategic initiatives at BlackRock, founded Anchor, and co-founded SF Startup Week, which is being built toward 2027.

## Background
Hammad grew up in Santa Monica, tested out of high school at 15, and worked in sales and business development in Los Angeles and Las Vegas in his late teens. He started New Vision Marketing Group, studied business administration at UC Riverside, and founded Highlander Consulting Group. He graduated and moved to New York in 2024.

## Projects
Anchor began as Analyst Connect and now hosts in-person experiences in New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Making repeated plans and lasting friendships easier is its longer-term direction, not a claim of a launched app.

SF Startup Week is being planned for 2027, with hosts, community partners, founders, investors, and people building companies in San Francisco. It is not presented as a completed event.
